I’m new to this myself, but I had read hanging an old cd/dvd up for them (I did this and it was entertaining!) or a mirror (the kind for babies that doesn’t break). You could even give them a small or branch or two to investigate.

A clump of sod from the yard is excellent for them for more than just the entertainment value.
Give them something to perch on.
You need to increase their brooder size. They are cramped.
If you don't currently have any adult chickens, you can finish brooding them directly in their coop and run. It should all be predator proof though.

Where are you located in the world?
You brooder looks a bit dark, where is that being kept?
Do you have your coop/run ready for them to go outside?

Give them a perch and a pan of dirt.

The size is fine! We have two border collie.

I bought a xylophone at the dollar store for my chickens haven't put it out yet. You could also build a swing for them. I have also heard of people hanging old CD's they like to peck at the shiny side.

Just A Small update: Millie is 2 year old and she kept scaring the chicken! She is a border collie. Is there any advice to prevent her from scaring them? P.s added the branch like you suggested.
