Toys Inside the Run

A jungle gym would be a great idea. During the winter my chickens choose not to go outside. I occasionally have thought about some kind of chicken sized treadmill with some kind of treat at the front to keep them busy.
If you are looking for something to entertain them, I hang a bird seed block for them to peck at. They only last a couple days, but it is something to help break up the day.

I have an old milk crate that the girls love to get on top of.

I have this old towel rack. I took the old bent metal rods off the top and replaced them with 1"X1" studs. The girls love this.

I just put it in the coop last week. Now that I know they like it I'll have to anchor it better so I can get the cinder-block out of there.

I have large stone in my run, its my roosters favorite thing in the world.

He thinks its his thrown, he jumps up, and crows on it..will do it multiple times in the day...fun to watch a little silkie think he is on the top of the world.
