Finally I am getting down to the end of all my chicken shuffling and getting down to the group I will be permanently keeping in my chicken flock.
Tomorrow I will be giving away 15 of my bantam chickens and selecting the 10 who will stay to be part of our family long term.
With the giveaway tomorrow it will be the end of my chicken shuffle for the next couple years...all my chickens have been selected and are locked in for both of my chicken coops. My next excitement will come as I wait for the eggs to start coming.

My Salmon Faverolle and Blue Fauvaucana started laying eggs. Love the color difference.

This chicken adventure has been a rewarding hobby that has added something my kids and I can bond over. These are the first eggs from 2 of the oldest chickens that my kids get to enjoy. These egg cartons are great and came with my Omlet coop purchase.
