Has anyone ever converted an old standard wood picnic table into a functioning tractor???
We have an old table that is unused. I was thinking we could put latched "flaps" down the side from the top so they could easily be opened. The attached benches could serve as the roost. Toward the back portion, I would set up some nesting boxes, with a latched back flap for easy access to eggs. My only concern is that it might be difficult to clean out.
Anyhow, I feel like this could be a good plan, but would love it if someone has already tried this & has some plans laid out or pictures.
