Tractor Question

I am going to build a tractor 4'x8' and 4' tall. I was wondering if it would work best with 4 wheels or 2? Also, what should I use for the roof to keep the tractor as light as possible?

Personally, I'd much rather have the two wheels for easier maneuverability if you will move it by hand or four wheels would work if you plan on moving it with a lawn tractor.

The lightest weight roofing material on the market is polymer roofing tiles. A lot of people use the corrugated fiberglass roofing sheets.

If it will be 8' long I would use two 10 foot 2' x 4' 's for the base bottom boards. Adding the wheels about one foot from the back end which will then allow you two foot on the front for the handles to grab onto to lift. If this makes since?

I have a 5x8 movable tractor and only have two wheels on the back extending about 16inches out the back. I then made two handles for two people to move it but then attached a board on the front so that I can pull it by myself. There is a lot of chickens in there but I split them in half into another coop similar to this one. The only thing I would do different is attach a board to the two handles.

I was thinking of that clear fiberglass wavy stuff, but I think it would look strange on the nest box and not give them enough privacy.

My tractor has corrugated tin (which helps keep it darker/cooler)...mine is a two story (and WICKED HEAVY)...but it should work pretty well for a one-story job. Also, it only has two wheels (which I like), BUT I wish they were a little bigger.
