I can't figure out what breed this bantam chick is. Please help!

Your chick looks like some of the Japanese bantam chicks I have seen.

I am not 100% sure but I will keep looking

My first guess would definitely be a Cochin but your chick is mussing the fluff on the legs as far as I can tell
