Tractor Supply Bantams.. Help with breeds!!

These little guys are about 2 weeks old. I'm brand new to bantams.....
Here's my guesses:
1. Sebright

2. Mottled Cochin ... This little one is growing a lot slower then the rest! Possible roo?

3. Donno maybe a Cochin?

4. Lastly this little guy.. It is the smallest of them all, he (she) has 4 toes but one is missing a nail on both sides... Feather legs

#2 the mottled cochin (Spackle) is feathering out very slow.. Could that indicate its a roo?
