Tractor Supply Chick Days 2018

Ours yesterday (in VA) had straight run gold laced wyandottes, broilers, then red and black sex links, new Hampshire reds, Asian blues. I would loooove some GLW but DH would kill me, the minimum is 4 and I can only have 2 more chickens, and I can't chance getting a rooster. I wish ours had speckled Sussex, I am dying for one of those too.

Ours sell New Hampshire reds, Rhode island reds, Rhode island whites, Red sexlinks, Black sexlinks, Black australorps, White leghorns, Buff orpingtons, White orpingtons, Black orpingtons, Light Brahmas, Buff Brahmas, Barred Plymouth Rock, Black jersey giants, different cochin varieties and more. They also sell ducks. I think they might order their chicks from Mcmurray Hatchery. Ours is a minimum of six.

Panama City Fl, they have had turkens, light bramha, silver laced wyndottes, ameraucana, bantams, and several others. I am hoping they get some salmon farvolles and French Black Copper Marans.

Chick days at any store are bad for me.

I ended up brining 20 home all pullets 1.50 ea.

8 barred rocks.
5 Rhode island reds.
3 slw.
4 out of the rainbow layer pen.

Lol
$1.50 dang! I bought 20 yesterday, 10 barred and 10 RIR @ $3.29 each, still cheaper and safer than shipping I figured. But now I have the fever, I think on the way home somehow 4 more chicks will find their way into my truck,. 24 sounds better than 20.

I got 4 chicks two days ago. Two Amerucana and two silvers laced wynadottes. However when I asked how old they were...what was their hatch date...i was told "ummm not sure but they are young!" I have no clue how old my babies are! Errrrr

Share a photo and we could probably tell which week of life. Only the Receiver is allowed to receive the chicks, and he or she usually doesn't care about what the hatch date says on the box.
