I'm not entirely sure on the breed.. I at first thought it was some sort of cochin (Thus the feathered legs) But then i saw it had a pea comb..

I bealive it’s a polish bantam... I have polish,frizzle, and mixes so I believe you have a polish

Could definitely be a mix, If you can you can call the Tractor supply and ask where they get there chicks from.

Mine are a mix, some are polish done aren’t I’m just saying it has a lil bit of polish in it because of the height

I would wait until it's older to tell it's gender and breed. Right now, the only thing I can think of is a bantam easter egger.
