Tractor supply?

I did...its really tantamount to ordering from the hatchery that supplies them, and u still pick up at the post office. All 27 arrived happy and healthy!

So happy to hear this. I was so nervous. Do they email or call u when they ship them so I can be expecting them? I didn’t get a date or anything

I got an email with tracking specifics. Took 6 days total. Then the day before they were due to arrive at my local post office, i called the PO and gave them my number to call when they arrived...got a call at 7 am, had my babies by 730

Awesome ty. I ordered Wednesday night but know the only ship mon-wed so expect sometime next week. Hubby is gonna be shocked lol

I have done that before, they seemed pretty cold and lethargic when we picked them up. We immediately put them in the brooder. But by the next day 1/3 of them passed away. We called Hoover hatchery which is where they came from and they shipped out more chicks. The new chicks did much better that the last shipment. Of course now we only get chicks from local breeders or our own chickens since shipping causes so much stress.

Lol!! He doesnt know? Thats fabulous.
You should expect an email early next week...sending good vibes for a safe delivery!

No he has no idea . He knows I order a “couple” of ducks (20) . But no idea about the chicks lol. He says he doesn’t like animals but he checks on them all day while I’m at work and my kids are in school. He will text asking if he needs to feed them or anything lol.
