Which breed of chickens lay the white eggs for sale at Trader Joe's? These production Leghorn type roosters are just beginning to crow. Hatched July 13, no vaccinations. They are very active and skittish.

We just had our first successful hatch of Trader Joe’s fertile eggs under a broody. She kept 7 eggs and we got 2 chicks. They are 4 and 2 days old. She is stepping up and teaching them to eat and drink. I removed the last few eggs this morning (day 25).
