I'm not going to trade......She's not willing to give up more chicks and I said i'm not willing to give a good layer. So no deal! I'll just buy and raise some of my own easter eggers anyways. Thanks everyone for your advice and comments everyone

i bought my barred rock pullet at 24 weeks old for $15.00 and i bought my EEs at $2.50 a chick (st. run)
good idea, not exactly a fair trade since your barred rock is already laying, a new chick would take a lot of time and food to raise til they are ready to lay. just get your own EE chicks and be happy you have fresh eggs from your barred rock
