Be careful to sterilize all the parts and preserve them properly. I have seen more than once where people kept 'remains' as mementos /reminders / whatever and later on flies lay in them and it's maggot city. If you know taxidermy then no problem, you know what I am talking about.... if you don't. I'd contact one.

I've cleaned a few skulls, so I know what to do. Road kill mainly.

I put her down.

After I started deboning her leg, I noticed a quite a bit of muscle bruising. Also her bone snapped, so either she has brittle bones, or she had a fracture that I didn't know about, & I just broke it further.
