Hello I have 10 pullets . Need to know how old do they need to be to transfer from brooder to outside pen. 5 are 64 days old and the other 5 are 58 days old. They have all there feathers and don't stay by the light . Please let me know

21 days is old enough unless your night time temperature is below 10 degrees. Yours are good for any temperatures, and will be much healthier outside. They need fresh air and sunshine and a lot of space. Most brooders are too small for much past 3 weeks.

Broody hens generally forget their chicks are sun 3-6 weeks, and they do fine. That is what I go by.

During the day temperature is around 65 degrees and at night its around low 50s. They will be going out with old hens will that make a difference

You should've had them all off heat by now, so start with that. I have 28 day olds fully off heat with lows in the 40s and living full time with the flock, so your young birds certainly need to be moving out very soon.

Integration is going to be your bigger concern. Have you already started setting up for integration, such as sectioning off portions of the coop and run, adding clutter, extra feeders, etc? Plan on 1-2 weeks see but no touch to start.
