I will be purchasing female golden comets and ameracaunas both groups 1 month old.

1. How old should they be, approximately, before they can be placed in the coop?
2. What are signs that they can transition to the coop?

At 1 month old, provided that the place you're getting them from has them off heat and it's not too cold outside, you can move them directly into the coop.
