Hey it sounds just like me with mine!!! It constantly says no paper when it has paper, and it won't pick the sheets up.......new printer is on my Christmas list. Argh!
Last time I got the idea that maybe something was stuck in it, and flipped it upside down and shook it. My pen did fall out, a special one I'd been looking for, but it still says no paper!!!!!
