Ok so my hen hatched 5 eggs and the 6th was just kinda gettin rolled around in the crate. So day 23 I pitched it(yesterday) later on in the afternoon I threw something else in this can(which has poopy shavings to the top) and the egg rolled over and there was a hole with a little beak poking out. I grabbed it and put it back under her. Later last evening I checked and I saw the egg shell then finally the chick! Its perfect too. 100 percent hatch for my little year old black silkie. Broodies are the best!
