Seems like travel stress to me. I wouldn’t worry.

Just feed them the same food as usual. He will be fine. Chickens hate change, but will forget in two days.

Thanks dear for giving me advice I'm very relaxed we are army family we need to shift ..maybe we shift after 2 months later so do I apply the same thing ..can I shift with them often ? Pls suggest does this affect their weight or health ?

Yes, you can shift them often, they won't get used to it, but they should not have any health issues. However, new places can have new germs, germs that they could be susceptible too. Nothing is 100%.

Ohh yes I was very worried for germs and location so we clean wash the entire new place day before arrival:DI've read chickens die due in stress:fl

Chickens will die. In my opinion, they are not a long lived animal, although some on here have had birds last a long time, I think that is more of an exception. Anything past 4 years is very old to me and my experience.

If they die, do not feel guilty about moving them. If you gave them a good life, safety, good clean feed and water, you have done all right.
