How would another manufacturer know the shipping records of a competitor?

I have the medium ratproof feeder. It was not made in the US.
Shipping records are open records, and I linked to the Grandpa feeder import records in the post above. Here it is again. https://import.report/company/Fowl-Play

If you bought a medium feeder in January it was U.S. made, the medium feeders from the Philippines were sold out by November of 2020. End of story on that. Probably for the next year the medium feeder will most likely continue to be made in the U.S.

If you have a small, large, or extra large bought in January of 2021 it was made in the Philippines. And those sizes will likely always be made in the Philippines as they are slow selling sizes.

My feeder was made in a foreign country. The information is long gone to know exactly from where, but I remember being disappointed by that.

So, then this belongs to the carpenter shop aka ratproof feeders?
https://import.report/company/Carpenter-Shop
It does and before you get too excited the ship left Taiwan as the last port of entry before coming into Long Beach CA. Click on the ID number and you will see the address of my company at the time, Pampanga Philippines, the old Clark Air Force Base. CSMFG stands for Carpenter Shop Manufacturing. We built feeders in the Philippines starting in 2013, first shipment was in late 2014, arrived in 2015.

Picture please? You might have my feeder confused with another company's product. I have told you several times what feeders are made in the Philippines and that since November of 2020 the medium feeder has been made in the U.S.. If you ordered the most common feeder, pictured in my logo, it would have been a medium feeder made in the U.S. if it shipped in January of 2021. Prior to that, it would have been a Philippines made feeder and that info is on all of our websites and on each and every feeder description.

Sorry Phillipines. But, that's not made in the US. I bought mine in January 2020.
Ah, January of 2020, not 2021 it was a Philippines feeder. As I kept saying, after November 2020 all mediums come from the U.S. but the product descriptions and websites have always mentioned the Philippines as the point of origin since early in 2015, February if I remember correctly.

When people call or email or CRM with basic questions I always want to tell them to go back and read the info on the website and product description not because I am lazy but because I am wondering what else they missed when refusing to read the info. Still, you put the info up there and it is up to them to read it.

I found a sticker that hasn't worn off yet. But, I remember seeing it on the box as well.
They are ok feeders. They aren't going to work for everyone. It's a bit off putting how you blame the consumer if something isn't working right or if they have even a slightly negative thought about the feeder. The back and forth of knocking on a competitor's product when that competitor is not here to join in the conversation is really off putting as well.
No where did I see that your products came from the Phillipines until it arrived. I throughly read through the website at the time.

I am looking into this mainly because I hate being wrong :( (maybe) They are a great feeder though and I hate the thought that they might be made in China. I would say more on the emerging Chinese middle class but that would cross over into political.
Just for clarity, I'm speaking only on the Grandpa's Feeder ....

I looked up the sources listed by Al Gerhart and they are legit. I also looked at some other information and it all plainly shows that the Grandpa's Feeder is now made in China. I still don't know why I was so sure it was made in New Zealand though. Anyway I was wrong and he is right.

Even though it is manufactured in China it is a very good product and I would buy another one if the need arises.

I'm going through the same thing with my RIRs, right now. Setting one was no problem. I sprinkled some black fly larva on top and they eagerly ate from it.
Today, I tried setting 2. All day, they didn't eat from it. Not even for the larva. I put it back to setting 1. Bad idea?
