Treat again for mites?

I treated my chickens and ducks about a month ago for mites and they are scratching again and I've already treated twice. I am wondering if it's safe to treat again with ivermectin drops on the neck?

I used Seven dust for mites and it worked very well. I think I did two applications, maybe a week apart. I put it in the end of a stocking and patted it all over them at night, when they were on the roost. I don't know anything about ivermectin on chickens, so someone else will have to answer that.

Dont forget that when you treat your chickens for lice/mites, you have to treat their house, roosts and nests at the same time...and repeat everything again in about 10-14 days. If you dont treat their house...your chickens will get reinfested. It's a headache, but it's the only way to break their life cycle. If there's a really bad infestation, it might take 3 or 4 treatments of everything to stop them completely.

The ivermectin pour on... I recommend the 14th day, remember though it's also a wormer and you should toss the eggs for another 14 days. You dont have to toss eggs if you use sevin dust or eprinex. It's up to you how you want to do it though. Personally I prefer using sevin dust all the time for lice/mites.

I am new to the forum however I have 7 chickens 4 of the chickens have feathers missing around the neck. I see that sevin dust is the most used for treatment. My questions are this.
1. Can you eat the eggs after you treat with sevin dust?
2. We have sevin dust liquid can you use it?
3. Can you and how do you use sevin dust liquid in the coop and bedding?
4. Can you use the liquid dust on the chicken or does it have to be the power?
5. How often do you change out the beding to keep from getting mite or lice?
