I don't know of any problems with radish tops. They especially like strawberry tops.

Seriously though.. my birds have access to the garden and compost and take out what they want.

I would strive NOT to give more than 10% of total ration in treats... however I don't count compost or free range as treats. And to me that's compost. Note I also feed flock raiser with 20% protein and it's highly important not to do things that will diminish your value below 16% EVER or you end up with behavioral and health problems.

Only thing I know of that is a no no is green potato peels.

But don't forget chickens are omnivorous and as such LOVE eating animal products not JUST veggie scraps which are actually low in essential nutrients. And they egg shells always get returned to the hens for eating as well.

Radish tops are fine, mine aren't overly keen on them but they will eat them when offered.
