I suspect coccidiosis. If I treat and it's not the problem with the Corid hurt?
I am waiting on necropsy results.

Nope,I did the same thing that you said

I have 3 Ameraucaunas (20-26 weeks), that have suddenly lost weight and died. They have loose poop. No blood in poop.

On Monday after one of the died, I gave each one a dose of Safeguard thinking it could be worms. But cocci is a possiblity. Now with the Cockerel looking like death, I decided to collect a fecal sample and take to the vet.
The Cockerel is by himself isolated so I collected his poop from the cage. It had live worms. It has been about 36 hours since the Safeguard dose. How long does it take to work?
I will have results from the vet tomorrow.

How much does he weigh and how much wormer did you give?

He weighs 3lbs and was given 0.25ml orally of the Safe-Guard Suspension 10%.
I drenched a small bite of bread with the Safe-Guard and he ate it. Did I mess up by putting it in the bread instead of squirting in his beak?
