Treating Fleas

I found these bugs in the nest boxes. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Looks like lice, have you checked your birds? If that what they are, Poultry Dust, Sevin, DE or anything with permethrin. You'll need to clean out the coop & nest materials too. I maybe wrong, see what other say but do check your birds vent area especially.

After much research I believe they are fleas.
