Treating frostbite on a foot

One of out Brahma layer hens just got a finger frozen yesterday (it's been around 0 F for last two days here). It is limping and keeps the finger bent. There is no visible tissue damage. Should I give it antibiotics to prevent infection? Ot take it inside to the basement to warm up (I would have done it already but don't have a large box and hate to have it cramped in a small one). Any other suggestions? Many thanks in advance!
 
Can you post a picture of the toe? It can take days for tissue changes to show up with frostbite. I would leave her in the coop if possible. Make sure there is plenty of warm bedding. You could also place her in a dog crate on towels, with food and water. Antibiotics are not usually necessary for frostbite. If the toe is frostbitten, it may turn black and dry out, then later fall off. Do not rub or massage skin that is suspected of having frostbite. Here are 2 good articles about frostbite:
