Hi. How should I treat the perches? I worked hard to find and custom cut 3 natural tree limbs and mounted them up high in the hen house. So I don't want to just throw them out.
Q: Can I apply something like kerosine or gasoline to the perches? I don't even know if the perches have mites on them or not, but 1 of my birds has leg mites that we have been treating with vaseline for 2 weeks now. I'm replacing the nest box shavings. Thanks.
