Does she have any scabs on the bottom of her left foot? The swelling between the toes does appear to be bumblefoot. You can soak the chickens feet in warm water with Epsom salts once daily for about 20 minutes. Try to remove the scab and squeeze out any solid cheesy pus that may be inside the scab. Dress the wound with iodine or plain neosporin ointment.
The broken egg could be due to a calcium deficiency or a damaged shell gland in the oviduct. I would give her a layer feed containing 4 % calcium, plus have crushed oyster shell available to her to help strenthen her shells. If your other hens are laying strong shelled eggs, then she may have had a virus in the past that has affected her shell gland.
