Treating injured silkie

Hi my silkie has been injured by my rooster from mating kinda ripped skin under wing my question is I've treated her cleaned wound with water and then peroxide and neosporin . Do I now leave it yo heal or do I clean it everyday ? Also they are free range she is acting normal can she graze with my other 3 hens without rooster around ? Also heard about putting petroleum jelly on broken skin is that a correct procedure ? Any input would be appriciated

Reapply Neosporin as necessary, keep the flies away from the wound, and keep her away from the rooster, and she should heal.

I would do that, also put a saddle on her that should help some.
