Treating whole flock for same symptoms

Can i put all my chicks together since i'm going to be treating them for the same thing or should i still keep the newer ones seperate ?

Since they are not together now I would not add to their stress by putting them together now.​

yes i thought that would add stress, so they are still seperate .
