Treating with metranidazole, what is the correct dose?

At 7-8 weeks old I think I would bring them back inside and watch them.

They were happy to see me this morning, actually acted like they wanted to eat. So maybe this stuff will work. Their droppings don't really look runny, and one that I saw today was kind of lime-green colored.
