In the process of establishing a pecking order between our existing flock and two new chickens, one got an open wound on her neck. Wondering if the would will heal on its own or if we need to do something to treat it.

We have separated her and the other new chicken from the flock again.

You need to thoroughly flush that out and disinfect it with something like hibiclens, betadine, Vetericyn or another poultry disinfectant. I would NOT use blukote.
After it's clean, pat it dry then apply a thick layer of triple antibiotic ointment on it.
Is the other new hen leaving it alone?
How long did you do the "look don't touch" period of integration?
How much space does the flock have?
How many members in the original flock?

Thanks for this advice - will try that. We had them beside each other for a week, then introduced them all in a new space (coop and run). They are the all the same age and the news one are among the biggest in the flock with 6 chickens from the original flock. There is lots of space for them in the run, roost and laying box. It's fit for up to 15 birds and we have half of that. Happy to take any other advice for integrating them!
