Treating wry neck (polyvisol or water supplements)?

My barred rock is showing signs of wry neck, head down, walking backwards, etc, and I am wondering what the best treatment would be for her. She is still with the other chicks and luckily she is eating and drinking but seems to be struggling with it. My main question is, besides the vitamin E, should I be giving her direct polyvisol drops or should i add polyvisol or some chick vitamin supplement to the water or both? I have also heard about using selenium, how would I go about feeding that to her. Any other little tips would also be a huge help.
