Treatment for blackhead

One of my turkey poults started to have foamy yellow poop yesterday, today he seems sluggish and his wings are droopy. I am pretty sure he has blackhead. A while ago casportpony told me that you can treat the blackhead protozoa with metronidazole and kill the cecal worms with safeguard. I need to know how much I have to give the turkey, he is 16 weeks old and is a BBB. Also, where can I get metronidazole and safeguard?

This happened a while ago. Turned out he didn't have black head, I ended up splitting him up from the others for a day and he was all fine the next day. Got killed by a dog that winter unfortunately.
