treats and egg laying

What kind of nuts?

Do you crush or chop them up?

What would be the correct amount of nuts to feed a small flock of 15 chickens? I've been trying to find healthier foods to add to their Laynea crumbles. They love zucchini, tomates, fruit, especially bananas, fresh corn on the cob. The veggie stands aren't going to be open much longer here. Are pumpkins ok? What kinds of squash are safe. I would really appreciate any suggestions as to what can boost their production and immune system. THANK YOU!!

I think it must have been the volume of fruit peelings/cores, because I know vegetables/fruit are good "in moderation". Mine have just started laying and I think only one, maybe 2 are laying so I don't know about this. I will be checking it out, though, once all of mine are laying regularly. I just thought it was kinda interesting!
