Hello, I am new to the forum, and new to raising chickens. I have done a bit of research but know there is nothing that tops experience, and I haven't found anything on treats for chicks.
I have four chicks that are 12 days old. 1 Amberlink, 1 RI Red, 2 ISA Brown. Is there an age you should wait to start feeding Treats? (Ex. Fruits, veggies, mealworms, grains) Also, if you are able to give small amounts of treats now, is there any specific treat you should wait until an older age to feed?

Thank you all in advance for any help, it is greatly appreciated!

Personally I like to give them scrambled egg. They love it, and unlike the other treat options you listed they don't need grit to digest it. Any of the other things - mealworms, fruit, etc, you'd really need to give them grit for them to be able to safely eat. With scrambled egg, you don't need to do that.
