Treats for your Quail

Does anyone have any ideas for treats for quail?

boiled chicken eggs (or thier own eggs) mashed up

non-pesticide sprayed fresh greens, clover, spinach etc.
Fruits like apple slices, strawberries, watermellon
grated carrots
mealworms
crickets
flies, grasshoppers etc
millet

etc

lol did you offer them to them whole or sliced? they seem to only accept stuff when it's sliced and they have time to get used ot the fact that it's wet inside
