Tree house for winter?

Hello! We’ve had chickens for years but my question is now about peafowl. We had a peahen show up a few months ago who decided she liked it here and she has stayed ever since. She hangs out with the chickens during the day but roosts on top of the coop at night. We are in Pennsylvania so the weather will get cold throughout the winter and we are wondering what type of shelter to make for her as she will not go in our coop. Has anyone built a small tree house?

I doubt it would go in a tree house either. You may need to catch it and clip her wings. Hopefully more experienced peafowl keepers respond. It's been a few decades since I kept them. Mine always remained slightly wild, and we kept them penned.

NEVER clip the wings on a free-ranging pea! They can not flee predators if they can not fly. The hen has been loose for quite a while and will be just fine finding her own shelter. It might be on your front porch but she will find a place she likes to get out of the wind and sleet.
