Thank you. Are the antibiotics you mention available as water soluble and without vet prescription? I do not notice a foul odor, and there is no discharge.Bubbles or foam in an eye might be MG, which is treated by Tylosin, oxytetracycline, Denagard, and enrofloxacin. Is there a bad odor in the face or thick nasal discharge that may be more likely coryza? Is there coughing or rattly breathing? Coryza is usually treated by either culling or giving sulfa antibiotics. Sulfadimethoxine, sulfamethazine, are some common sulfa drugs.
The drug you are asking about is ceftriaxone, and that is for bacterial infections, not necessarily good for respiratory diseases. An article I just read actually said that it can be used for certain respiratory diseases in humans. It depends on the organism. MG or mycoplasma does not have a cell wall, so best to use certain others.
I should also say the bubbly eye is the only symptom, she is still eating drinking and acting normal.Bubbles or foam in an eye might be MG, which is treated by Tylosin, oxytetracycline, Denagard, and enrofloxacin. Here is dosage of the ceftriaxone Tri S drug if you need to use it until you get Tylosin:

That probably is MG, not coryza then. I would get the Tylosin to put in the water of the one with symptoms. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is a good place to get it:

I ordered the denagard, before I saw this reply....will it work or should I still get the tylosin? That probably is MG, not coryza then. I would get the Tylosin to put in the water of the one with symptoms. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is a good place to get it:

Thank you so much for all your help! I appreciate your knowledge. I may just order the tylosin and return the denagard since it appears to be a pain to get them to take.Denagard is one of several drugs used for treatment of MG. It can be bad tasting, so monitor how much they drink. I have never used it. Here in a thread in my post 2 are a couple of threads where people give advice as to how they have used Denagard:
