Right in the middle of the storms. Reporting 80 mph winds. Power outages. 7 - 10 semi trucks blown over. Tornado spotted a few miles south. Lots if thunder & lightning. It's a wild one.
The coonhound doesn't mind the thunder...but he can't figure out the lightning. He keeps going to the window & looking out.

I was thinking the same. I'll figure it out! Such sweet little morning twitters...almost like they are whispering. Great way to start a day...I look forward to hearing them. Love my hens! Marigold untied my shoes yesterday. She had fun wrangling with the laces. Daisy was in my lap watching her. Skinny Iris was bouncing around and Blossom was sitting next to me preening.

It's already 65 here, but drizzling. It's been so damp the girls haven't had a proper dust bath lately. You'd think I'd have better things to worry about besides the girls getting a dust bath!
