Thanks Cindy! Iris is a girlie girl! The mottled seems like a guy to me. Hoping to get some good pics to send to the breeder today. I'm so used to living with hens...I think that made it easier for me to identify Iris as a hen. But heck....she's always looked like a girl to me! Plus, I keep catching her & Daisy talking hen talk! You know....discussing pedicures, tail feather maintenance & how to get the most out of a dust bath spa. The mottled never showed interest in such things! Daisy also taught her how to walk like a hen...with that cute little tail sway. My God....I'm spending way too much time with these birds! If I had a hen hatch a bunch of babies I be in trouble!! As impressive as the toms are...I'm still hoping for a hen.

Dang, these aren't great. My helper was in a hurry. But note the mottled's redder head, little waddle & snood. Miss Iris barely has a snood and no waddle. Oddly this bird will "fan" its tail and no displaying that I've seen.

Daisy got another invitation to one of the neighborhood kids 7th birthday party. Oh boy! Talked to the mom....just a small family gathering. Plus a few kids. Daisy will love it! They are picking us up in their golf cart! Told the mom Daisy can come for a little bit but don't have any food out until she leaves. Don't need her diving into the kids cake. And believe me....she would. Party next weekend....will be giving her a bath prior. I'll get her all glammed up.

Coonhound has one toy he hasn't destroyed. It's this rope thing with knots on either side. Bought it at a dog show. This gal was making them. Not sure what kind of rope it is, but it's pretty stout. Coonhound has a habit of violently shaking it like a dead racoon. Last night he slung it through a window. Nice going there buddy! Sigh.....
