Your gut and brain functioning are strongly connected. When I eat trash, I feel like trash. I'm tired, I get BAD asthma, uncurable headaches, and my whole body hates me.

That's why I'm skipping halloween this year, plus I don't like the feel of 'give me a treat or I'll trick you' kinda thing.
