Domino is throwing us for a loop. She/He is barely 14 weeks, has no comb, and a wattle that is pink (not red, despite pics where she looks flushed from objecting to my picking her up). However she has rust on her shoulders, has been occasionally trying to dominance mount 10 week old pullets, is squaring off with our Prairie Bluebell cockerel who is a week younger and has a tail feather that is starting to stick UP. No crowing and she’s only a tensy bit bigger than her sex link pullet hatchmate, who has much larger wattles. Is Domino a pullet or cockerel?

I held her wings up to get a picture of her full back & tail where hackle feathers would be. I saw some golden feathers with thinner tips but no full size hackles.

Do EE Roos have NO wattles? Hers are almost not even there and not near as red as the 13 week Prairie Bluebell cockerel’s. She hatched from a blue EE egg (brown mother) and daddy was a Buff Orpington.

Her coloring seems to match gold EE rooster coloring I’ve been able to find online.

The Roo in this pic has saddle feathering ... Read by 12wks male feathering would be starting.

HE mounted AND VENT SWIPED one of my pullets! Guess that is my answer! (Unless dominant hens attempt to fully mate their flock mates?)

No clue on this but holding out for that grow or egg ... but then again, I'm guessing
