Hatching

Hi all, got an issue here. New to hatching, well, haven't done it since I was a kid anyways.
Ok, so it's only day 21(and 3/4 at this point) but I had a few pip on day 19 and this little guy pipped wrong side, then unzipped halfway by 4am on day 20. Its now about 10pm day 21. So about 30 hours with no progress and movement down to almost nothing. I could still see breathing but it was getting slower and no more struggling for last 20 hours or so. So I helped. Moistened other eggs (and very lively chicks) when I grabbed this one out but my issue is that he has a blob on his lower abdomen still. Yolk sac I'm assuming? Membrane was awfully dry. Maybe 55-70% for the last 3 days wasn't enough. I unzipped where he started, saw no blood or red blood vessels.
So he is laying down, still with his butt in his shell, and I just have him covered in a warm wet cloth on my table with a heat lamp over him. Spare meat thermometer puts him at about 98 under there right now.
Is there any chance he makes it? I'm thinking of just leaving him under there until morning to give him a chance but I'm pretty sure I'll have to cull him. His Yolk sack was kinda wrapped around and pinched by his leg. Egg was kinda small, as hens just started laying a few weeks before we put these in the bator. Any advice would be appreciated. I know assisting is frowned upon in general but with the small egg, wrong end, fading chick, and very dry looking membrane I figured he was a gonner anyways, might as well try.

I struggled using the search function but have been reading a lot and came across a recommendation that I am trying out. I now have the she'll all the way off, turns out it was just stuck to his back like glue from the dry membrane. I have wrapped him in a damp cloth napkin and a plastic bag, with his head sticking out, and a rubber band holding the other end closed. He is back in the bator, and since I opened it anyways, I grabbed out the other (now 4) hatched chicks and put them in the brooder. Of the 12 total eggs, 4 hatched, 1 is now halfway unzipped, one is now in a homemade artificial egg, and 6 have no external pip at all. Candling marans eggs was super tough, so I have no idea what to expect with the last 6 but we shall see. Wish me luck with the artificial egg guy. I'll probably leave him wrapped for 24 hours or so? Idk. Probably wouldn't hurt to do longer I reckon. Unabsorbed yolk section was a little smaller than a marble. Maybe I'll keep him in his little straight jacket longer. Thoughts? Pic of wrap job.

I’m just curious to how your little one did. I’ve been reading the forums about assisted hatching because I have one still in the incubator not pipping. Other eggs hatched Wed/Thurs and today is Saturday. I am getting nervous.
