Our egg production just went up too but we've done nothing different. I attribute it to going over the 12 hour a day sunlight in the last couple of weeks. Can't wait to get back to over 14 hours and back to full production.

If you want to experiment with the pepper you need to do it in the fall -- right now we'll be having normal increase, so you won't know if the pepper matters or not.
