Triops typically live about 8 weeks, however with really good care, have been known to live as long as 14 weeks.

And with good care they reproduce rapidly!

Well as long as you maintain a suitable environment, sure... For the triops you will need to scoop out some gravel (eggs hidden in it) and let it dry out completely and then dump it back in the tank as they need to go through a dry out before hatching... Brine shrimp will hatch on their own if the water is suitable, if not the same dry out procedure will work with them as well...

A major factor in the health of your Triops is the water quality and keeping it clean.

Ok,also what weather should they be in?Where i am now i could have people care for them, and hatch sea monkeys or more triops up at my house.
I plan on doing a experiment.
Just a small intergrating to different species to one another.
What are the chances of my pets ( seamonkeys and Triops) mating?
