Trouble Uploading Pics Today

Is anyone having problems uploading pics to BYC today? I had no problems yesterday. Today, I just get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when I hit submit.
When I click on the diagnosis link - it says it can find no connectivity issues.

OK - I'm good now - rebooting did the trick!
