Trouble Uploading Pictures

I keep having trouble uploading pictures. I'm not sure if it is something wrong on my computer, or BYC. I try to upload pictures and then only half of my pictures show up on my computer.
Once I select the picture I want to upload and hit submit, a little window pops up saying that there was an error uploading pictures. If I try it again, another window pops up that says "Please Wait". I wait, and wait, and wait, and finally have to get out of it after no progress had been made.
I'd put up screenshots, but I don't think it would work because I can't upload any pictures.

Any suggestions?

I am having trouble uploading pics to, but I'm not getting an error message. It is acting like it is going to upload as usual but then when I hit submit it gives me the one moment message and nothing happens, and sometimes it has frozen my screen all together. The cancel button does not work when this happens I have to hit the page refresh button to free up the computer.
