Trouble with chicks

Hey guys, so I have 10 chicks and then have all been doing very well so far. They are all eating normally except for one. She's the smallest of the 4 Buff Orpingtons I have. She won't eat out of the feeder. She still looks for a mom to feed her. She doesn't move much and mostly just sleeps. She watches the other chicks eating and I'll see her poke at the food, but she nevers eats anything. I'm afraid that she won't last long if she doesn't start eating. I've tried multiple tricks to try and get her used to the feeder, but nothing has worked. The other chicks are growing, but she hasn't grown at all. Anybody have an suggestions on what I could do?

Something I would try is to get some Nutri-drench from Tractor Supply or Farm Store and try to give her some of that in an eye dropper. I dilute it to a weak tea color and just place a drop at the side of the chick's beak. Or you can carefully get some in it's mouth - just be careful to not squirt it down it's throat or it could aspirate it, which is not good. Sometimes the Nutri-drench with give them a boost to at least get them started eating.

Also try feeding some finely scrambled eggs and see if she'll eat those, too.

I hope she pulls through for you.
