Trouble with my Incubator

I Just plugged my incubators up again! Last time i incubated only 2 hatched out of 16 eggs and they all were growing up till lockdown! My Incubators keep low heat and low humidity or goes really High. I always have to wrap my incubators with towels to get the heat to stay up on them. I have a Hatch Mate and Magic Fly. I don't know if i am doing something wrong or if others have this problems?

Sounds like the thermostat in it is not controlling properly. Must be built in controller. I do not have either of these.
I have a little giant and the temperature was getting hard to control so I bought a STC 1000 temp controller to help control the temp and started using towels over it.
Greatly helped
