You say they? so if all are eating out of the same treat bowl she may not be getting her dose. I'd make sure she gets her dose alone.

I would separate her where they can all see but not touch and give her B complex covered treats just for her to make sure she is getting her proper dose. She needs rest, water therapy and her own dose of B complex. I wish you and her well. Please keep us all posted.
