So appearently Lady Elaine just couldn't let herself be out done by Big Mama, she's not full broody yet but I do think she will be before long. That nest is 6" high, overnight.

I wonder if this will grow out to be laced? It looks almost identical to a silver laced Wyandotte, if it didn't have muff and pea comb I'd mix it up with them.
